Desmond Tutu and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon have put their moral weight behind the fossil fuel divestment movement, calling it an appropriate and even necessary response to climate change. Is the climate situation really so urgent? Does fossil fuel divestment make sense? Is it even possible to divest from fossil fuels?
